Bump of Chicken's newest single is called Ribbon (リボン) and the group is a really famous Japanese band, active since 1994.

The music video is really simple, in black & white and there’s just the band playing the song for the whole video. This video emphasizes the importance of the lyrics; indeed, the lyrics are shown on the right side of the video.

These songs talk about two people who stay together and they made throughout difficult times of their life, and now they are together and happy. This is like a love song but the great thing about this song is that anyone can interpret the lyrics in any way because the worlds don’t talk about a particular person, so it can be a friend, a lover, a relative. It can be anyone and every person who listens to this song can identify with this song. This is a really sweet ballad with a touch of rock that makes this song really easy to listen to. This song is also the theme song of the Samsung Galaxy’s commerical video.

Bump of Chicken will have a tour starting from September 16th in Chiba (Makuhari Messe) and this tour will continue until 2018.
