• Title: Give me a break Stop now
  • Artist: REOL
  • Runtime: 3:47   Language: Japanese
  • Date: September 4, 2016

REOL's highly-anticipated first full album, Σ (Sigma), will be released on 19 October 2016. The music video "Give me a break Stop now" has attracted a lot of viewers quickly. With a catchy club beat, the video has a monochromatic theme and features main vocal REOL in various roles and outfits, such as an otaku and a maid.

Chock full of visual effects and bold moves, the video is reminiscent of pop idol Kyary Pamyu Pamyu's iconic out-of-this-world videos. This fits well with the song's lyrics, where REOL sings about being tired of being told to conform to society's standards of being a girl, such as liking love songs and taking beautiful selfies. In the chorus, she declares that "I may not know what I want, but I don't want someone else to decide that for me". Perhaps the most memorable line is when she tells lovers holding hands on the street to "Fxxk off because they are blocking the way".

REOL just finished a summer festival event "279 Do~mins Cafe" on end of August, and is currently focusing on preparation for their album release.
