"Rain" is a new single by Sonar Pocket. From the first note, from the first word, you can feel the pain of this love ballad. The tempo is upbeat, yet slow to show that one day everything will be okay but for now it still hurts. The lyrics also talk about bittersweet love that saying, "I really did love you. Thank you. I'm sure this cold rain will one day be warm again." He's hopeful that one day he will be able to get over his deep affection for this girl and move on.

The music video compliments this by showing them breaking up under the cold rain, staring out into the rain and trying to get over her. All filmed very well, with genuine looks of sadness painting the faces of the band members as they sing their hearts out. We've all had someone we loved that we had to let go of, and this song perfectly hits that sombre tone. Yet it is still a slightly upbeat song, bring with it the promise of warmer rainy days that we'll be able to enjoy with someone again.

Sonar Pocket will be performing several times this October around Japan, so if you're in the area make sure you don't miss them!
