"Party People Alien" is the newest single from eclectic all-female group Up Up Girls (Kakko Kari) who scheduled for two Japan Tours in 2016. One is the Live House Tour 2016 "The Seven LIVE Alien" which started in March and continue to run through mid-June, and the other is the Zepp Tour "The Seven PARTY LIVE Alien" which takes place over June and July.

The MV for "Party People Alien" is both psychedelic and unusually self-aware, playing on common tropes of Japanese culture. As for the song, the lyrics mash Japanese with English; sometimes simply as a string of generically Japanese-sounding words ("harakiri geisha and tempura!").

Uniquely, the lyrics also use the English word "Japanese" rather than the native word for a Japanese person ("Nihonjin"). "Party People Alien" is about how the world is strange, and we may all be strange too, and we should simply let loose, have a good time and let's party. The song was written by NOBE and composed by michitomo.
